Olives have been demonstrated to offer a number of health advantages and are a rich source of polyphones, vitamin E, and monounsaturated fatty acids. One of the most popular and traditional herbal teas used by Mediterranean people is olive leaf tree treat specific illnesses. Olive leaves contain phenolic chemicals, including oleuropein, which has been linked to hypoglycemic, hypocholesterolemic, antihypertensive, antioxidant, and cardio protective properties. Phenolic chemicals from Oleo eropaea leave contain biological actions that may be significant in reducing the risk and severity of some chronic diseases, according to experimental evidence from investigations on humans and animals.
