Abstract: This research introduces an innovative web application for the thorough examination of worker productivity and time use in educational settings. The suggested approach provides a comprehensive method for maintaining track of and assessing every aspect of an employee's contributions, providing solid evidence for performance evaluation and well-informed choices on promotions and rewards. Important factors that are considered by our approach are the total amount of hours spent on campus, leave records, instructional strategies, contributions to the improvement of learning, student assignment and project allocations, and parent and student feedback. Accuracy is ensured by the web application's intuitive layout for real-time data gathering. Administrators may quickly and easily evaluate processed data through visualization, which helps them make well-informed decisions. It enables administrators to make data-driven decisions by combining a wide range of parameters and offering graphical representations, promoting an impartial and open evaluation process. Our system's adherence makes it a useful tool for organizations trying to improve their human resources management procedures.
