Abstract :- In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the creation of novel chemicals with antibacterial and antiviral characteristics is a top priority. The biological feature benzimidazol and pyrazole compounds are outstanding, including their ability to be analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-Alzheimer’s, antiulcer, and antidiabetic. Recent work also discusses the synthesis, antibacterial capabilities, and other biological features of several benzimidazole-pyrazole hybrids.
In this study, 12 new benzimidazole compounds with hydrazone moieties were created and their potential for antibacterial and antifungal action was examined. Using spectral data, the structures of the produced compounds were clarified. In testing for antibacterial activity, six distinct gram-negative and four distinct gram-positive bacterial strains were utilized. Tests of antifungal activity were also run on three different fungus strains
