| Abstract: | This comprehensive study delves into the multifaceted experiences of female engineering students across various disciplines, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, and Sanitary Engineering. Employing a meticulously crafted survey as the primary instrument, the research aims to unravel the intricate web of academic experiences, motivations for choosing engineering, and the challenges encountered by participants. A crucial facet of this investigation involves a scrutiny of gender bias and discrimination within academic settings, probing their impact on the overall experiences of female engineering students. The analysis extends to explore potential connections between academic difficulties and gender imbalances within specific engineering programs. Furthermore, the research delves into the coping strategies adopted by female engineering students to navigate the complexities of academic stress. An in-depth examination of support systems, encompassing academic, peer, and mentorship networks, seeks to evaluate their efficacy in aiding individuals to overcome academic challenges. This paper not only investigates existing challenges but also scrutinizes strategies for promoting inclusivity and enhancing the overall experience of female engineering students within academic institutions.
