This study introduces an Adaptive Neuro-fuzzy Inference System, a novel end to-end convolutional neural network architecture tailored for the automatic classification of cardiac auscultation classes, including normal heart sounds and various cardiovascular diseases such as aortic stenosis, mitral stenosis, mitral regurgitation, and prolapse of the mitral valve. Utilizing Phonocardiogram (PCG) signals, the process is automated through two distinct learning phases: sequence residual learning and representation learning. The primary aim is to leverage PCG recordings for early detection and categorization of cardiovascular illnesses using deep learning techniques. The model's performance is evaluated through metrics including accuracy, loss, precision, recall, and f1Score, facilitating effective assessment of its predictive capabilities and potential clinical utility.
