Abstract: This paper goes into detail about the impact of corporate wellness programs on employee wellbeing and job satisfaction. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of corporate wellness programs on employee wellbeing and job satisfaction. The objective of this study is to assess the impact of corporate wellness programs on employee wellbeing and job satisfaction. By examining the effectiveness of these programs in promoting physical and mental health, as well as their influence on employee satisfaction and productivity. A sample of 100 employees from various industries have completed a questionnaire assessing their perceptions of the effectiveness of wellness programs in promoting physical and mental health, as well as their overall job satisfaction. The result has been calculated in the present study by using regression analysis. The findings showed significant score 1.45 (0.05) indicates a high level of focus and dedication towards implementing initiatives that support employee wellbeing and job satisfaction. Specifically, employees reported higher levels of physical fitness, reduced stress levels, and increased job satisfaction as a result of participating in these programs. This suggest that implementing corporate wellness programs can have a significant positive impact on employee wellbeing and job satisfaction, ultimately contributing to a healthier and more satisfied workforce.
