This project aims to develop a predictive
model that uses deep learning algorithms to analyze
an individual's genetic material and predict their
likelihood of developing cancer. The field of
genomics has shown great promise in improving
cancer detection and treatment by analyzing an
individual's genetic material. Our approach
involves comparing various deep-learning models
that do not require feature engineering and
collecting an original dataset to minimize human
intervention. The collected data will undergo pre
processing to ensure its quality and suitability for
training a deep learning model. The predictive
model will be trained using the pre-processed data
and evaluated to assess its performance and
generalization ability. The project aims to improve
cancer detection rates, reduce the number of
invasive screening methods, and improve patient
outcomes. The potential applications of the project
include cancer screening and diagnosis, treatment
planning, and personalized medicine.Keywords—
