| Abstract: | Teacher's accountability means the teacher's responsibility for the students and his or her progress. The accountability of teachers ensures that they should be given the training to use innovations in the field. It is a process by which student teachers are held accountable for their professional conduct and performance. This includes being accountable for their personal and professional development, as well as their impact on student learning. Student teachers are typically accountable to their cooperating teacher, university supervisor, and the students they are teaching. There is a clear connection between student achievement and teacher accountability. When teachers are held accountable for their students’ success, they are more likely to ensure that their students are meeting learning objectives. The paper analyses the impact of Teacher’s accountability on student’s progress. |
